What Information We Collect
When you place an order, create an account, or reach out to us, you share certain information with us directly. This includes your name, email address, shipping and billing address, and phone number. Payment details are handled entirely by our payment processors — we never see or store your full card information on our servers.

We may also receive information about you from third parties like advertising networks, analytics providers, and payment processors, based on the services they provide to us.

Rosyndra uses Google Ads to advertise our products online. International Data Transfers
KoolenEcom is based in the Netherlands and our customers are located in Australia. This means your personal information is transferred to and processed in the European Union, and may also be processed in other countries where our service providers operate. Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision to ensure your data remains protected. By using our Site, you acknowledge these transfers.
Data Retention
We keep your personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purpose it was collected for, comply with legal obligations, resolve any disputes, and enforce our agreements. Order and invoice records are retained for seven years to meet Dutch tax requirements. Once your information is no longer needed, we delete it.
Your Privacy Rights

Complaints and Dispute Resolution

If our response doesn't satisfy you, you may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Customers in Australia can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. Data you submit to us is protected with SSL/TLS encryption. That said, no method of internet transmission is entirely risk-free, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. We recommend not sharing sensitive personal information over unsecured channels.
Children's Privacy
Our Site is not directed at children under the age of 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If we discover that a child under 16 has submitted information to us without the consent of a parent or legal guardian, we will remove it promptly.
